Challenge
The consortium needed to standardise and elevate the pedagogical quality of its online offerings. While digital platforms were in place, instructional consistency and student engagement varied significantly. The objective was to develop a digital pedagogy framework rooted in evidence-based practices and aligned with contemporary learning science.
Our Role
We led the co-design and deployment of a Digital Pedagogy Framework to guide the planning, delivery, and evaluation of online learning experiences across institutions. Our role included pedagogical strategy, capacity building, and implementation support.
Project Journey & Results
Project Scope
- Co-created a modular Digital Pedagogy Framework grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), constructivist theory, and heutagogical approaches.
- Developed guidelines and templates for synchronous and asynchronous learning design.
- Trained 120+ academic staff on learner engagement strategies, digital content authoring, and online facilitation.
- Implemented a peer review process for quality assurance and ongoing reflection.
