Curriculum Co-Design for a National Education Body

Accelerating cross-disciplinary education reform through participatory curriculum frameworks and evidence-based design.

Client & Goal Overview

Client Type

National Educational Institution (Public Higher Education)

Challenge

The institution aimed to modernise outdated programme structures and introduce interdisciplinary pathways across STEM and social science faculties. However, siloed departments, a lack of shared pedagogical frameworks, and inconsistent assessment strategies limited their capacity to deliver holistic learning experiences. The goal was to co-create a modular curriculum that supported both depth in domain expertise and transversal skill development.

Our Role

We led the curriculum co-design process, engaging faculty and stakeholders in participatory design workshops. Our team developed an integrated curriculum framework, mapped learning outcomes across disciplines, and introduced strategies for authentic assessment and real-world application.
