The client’s legacy infrastructure relied on siloed on-prem systems and third-party tools for data extraction and reporting. Growth in online operations created performance bottlenecks and made it impossible to support real-time analytics or machine learning workflows. They needed a secure, scalable architecture to centralise data and support advanced analytics..
Our Role
We led the end-to-end architecture design and implementation of a modular cloud-native data platform supporting streaming, batch, BI, and ML workloads. We also implemented a DevOps-ready structure and aligned governance with GDPR and internal data policies.
